Navigating Burnout in an Ocean of Stress

Strategies to keep your head above water

Program Description

Since March 2020, the idea of ‘stress’ has taken on new meaning. Past strategies no longer work to combat the risk of burnout. The blurred lines between professional and personal life also adds to this risk.  This new way of living and working requires us to learn new ways of addressing our stress!

This workshop will examine the stress cycle and the stress response, within the human body. By looking at opportunities to improve your emotional health, you’ll learn how and when to discard stress that is unhelpful, while also learning techniques to leverage stress to your benefit.
