How The Booking Process Works

We connect with you, every step of the way

1. Program Selection

Based on your training needs, a program is either selected or created and a proposal is sent. The program proposal will be one that aligns with your desired outcome(s) for the organization and the development of skills required by staff.

2. Confirm Time & Date(s)

Once a program has been selected, you can request the date(s) for your training engagement. Dates are confirmed based on our team's availability and are booked on a
first come-first served basis.

3. Sign Contract

After date(s) have been selected, you will receive a contract via email. There is a 7-day hold on the confirmed date(s) whereby the contract must be signed and returned in order to keep your booking.

4. Pay Deposit

In addition to signing the contract, a deposit of 50% of the training engagement fee is due within 3 weeks. The deposit ensures the date(s) is held for your engagement and there is a 12-month complimentary rebooking period, for any dates that need to be changed.

1. Feedback

All attendees are offered the opportunity to provide feedback on the training program & their experience with the material, the presenters and the program as a whole.

2. Ongoing Support

All attendees are also welcome to sign-up for our monthly newsletter which delivers helpful and supportive resources for ongoing learning and growth.

3. ROI Report

The ROI for training is important information for future learning & development. For this reason, we share an aggregate of attendee's feedback with you within 2 weeks of the final training engagement.

4. Available Access

After attending one of our training programs, your staff have access to 1-on-1 coaching with members of our facilitation and presenting team. Coaching is only available to people who have previously attended a Human Dynamics Training program.
